Spinach Basil & Garlic Pasta

(Linguine, Fettuccine, or Lasagna)

A tempting mix of – you guessed it – spinach, basil and garlic.  This is our best selling pasta for a reason: It tastes as good as it sounds.   Available in 3 types of noodles, Linguine, Fettuccine and now Lasagna.

Type of Pasta

Tomato, Basil & Garlic Pasta

(Linguine, Fettuccine, or Lasagna)

Type of Pasta

Italian Herb Linguine

Italian Herb combines parsley, basil, oregano, and thyme with seven other aromatic herbs. The only thing better than the smell is the incredible flavor. Linguine only

Roasted Garlic & Jalapeno Linguine

To make our Roasted Garlic & Jalapeno Linguine, we start with crates of fresh jalapenos and garlic, toss them with a little olive oil and roast them in separate pans to bring out the rich flavor and cut back on the heat. The result is just spicy enough to tingle your tastebuds and keep you wanting more. Try this one with some grilled shrimp, a little mango salsa… a little Jimmy Buffet music and an Aloha shirt and you’ve got the makings for a beach bash anywhere, any time of the year. Linguine only.

Red Chile & Cilantro Linguine

Mild New Mexico Red chile powder mixed with lots of cilantro.  Anyone who loves a little bit of heat with great flavor will love this one.  Very nice with chorizo, pork carnitas, or spicy mushrooms. Better still, come up with your own ideas.  Make something into something special. Red Chile & Cilantro is available as linguine only.

Cajun Pasta

(Linguine and Lasagna)

Ooooo-yeah! Cajun got a kick. Love the Cajun flare and want the taste of New Orleans without all the fuss? Try our mix of Cajun spices, thyme, basil, cayenne, garlic, black pepper, plus a few other tasty herbs thrown in for good measure. Great for anyone who loves a bit of heat with great flavor.   Linguine and lasagna

Type of Pasta

Smoky Spicy Chipotle Linguine

Foodies know the smoked jalapeno known as a chipotle. Our fans know and love the Smoky Spicy Chipotle Linguine we make here at Gourmet Texas Pasta. Our crew loves it with sausage or barbecue. Linguine only.

Wild Mushroom Linguine

Kim has two favorites: This is one of them. Wild Mushroom Linguine is an Earthy mix of four kinds of mushroom, making it a rich, inviting pasta, excellent with any meat or seafood, or MORE MUSHROOMS. Linguine only.

Artichoke Heart Linguine

Artichoke Heart Linguine is Kim’s other favorite. So nice, very light and delicate.  (The pasta, not Kim!) With butter this pasta REALLY does taste just like artichoke hearts.  Try Kim’s recipe for a mushroom/artichoke heart cream sauce and you won’t even miss that steak you forgot to put on the grill. Linguine only.

Szechaun Orange Spice Linguine

Szechaun Orange Spice, or SOS, as we call it. SOS because it has saved the day more than once at our house. Since Max loves Asian-inspired food, he can whip up his own stir-fry with some chicken and vegetables and toss it over this rich mix of ginger, cayenne and orange for an incredible meal. Not bad for a 16-year-old, huh? Linguine only.

Roasted Red Bell Pepper Pasta

(Linguine and Lasagna)

Roasted Red Bell Pepper starts out as fire-roasted sweet red bell peppers and a secret mix of herbs and spices. A little GTP magic and the result is pasta that brings out the best in whatever it gets served with. Kim uses this one to make lasagne for the crew when they’ve earned a good, hearty lunch. Available as linguine and lasagne noodles

Type of Pasta

Lemon Pepper Linguine

With a name like Lemon Pepper Linguine, is it any wonder the flavor is, well, lemony and peppery? The bright citrus flavor and the ping from the pepper make a quick dinner easy as can be. Look for our recipe on the handouts we share at every event. Linguine only.

Roasted Habanero Linguine

Roasted Habanero? Are you crazy?? Yep. This is our spiciest pasta and the label says “HOT” for a reason. If you’re one of those folks who says, “It can’t be too spicy for me,” this might be your new favorite. FIRE EATERS, come on down. Linguine only.

Cabernet Sauvignon Fettucine

Cabernet Sauvignon is not just for drinking anymore. Sean likes the rich flavor alongside a good ribeye. Call Kim and ask about a custom blend made with your favorite wine. Fettucine only.

Garlic and Black Pepper Pasta

(Fettucine and Lasagna)

How can you go wrong with garlic and black pepper? You can’t. So we know we’ve got a good thing going with our Garlic and Black Pepper pasta. Use this one to make a white lasagne and you won’t soon forget it. Pour a jar of good alfredo sauce over the fettucine and dinner practically makes itself. Fettucine and Lasagna.

Type of Pasta

Tricolor Fettucine

Can’t decide? Why not try our Tricolor Fettucine? It’s made up of 1/3 each of our Spinach Basil & Garlic, Tomato Basil & Garlic and the Garlic and Black Pepper fettucine. This is an excellent combination, and unlike supermarket colored pasta, our pasta won’t fade and lose flavor when cooked.  Try this with olive oil and meatballs.  Wow! Fettucine only.
